Steve Irwin

Steve Irwin is very famous, though he is dead. He was a conservationist, documentary filmmaker and presenter. He was fond of animals. He also died by an animal.

Animals

Steve Irwin love animals. His father was a reptile expert. He is known for a TV program of the Crocodile Hunter Animal Planet. Steve had an Australian zoo where he was the owner. The first was his father, but Steve took over in 1970. Steve has a lot of programs such as : the Crocodiles hunter and a program about snakes. I also sometimes looked to his programme about monkeys.

Family

Steve is also  father: he has a son, Robert. When Robert Irwin one month was, he went to the crocodile show van his father. Steve conducted a crocodile, with little Robert on his arm. He has received a lot of criticism in the media. Later he said sorry to the media.

Death

Steve irwin  went far with of dangerous animals om ; Stingrays, Crocodiles, Tigers, Snakes and others even more dangerous animals. He had  many small experienced accidents. He might have expected that it would go wrong and that happened. On Monday, September 4th, 2006 at 11:00 am, it happened. By a stingray. He was filming  for a documentary. A documentary over stingrays. Probably a stingray swam above him who hit him in his chest put that went straight to his heart. On dry land, he was probably already dead. He became 44 years.

Awards

Steve has also once won an award, for Best tourism expert, some sort of expert on tourism and in 2004 he was  the prize best Australier.

Natural park

Steve wanted to also work for the protection of nature. He wanted to not do it by ' sermons ' but by a large personal commitment by nature. He bought with all the money he earned in Australia and on the Pacific Islands Fiji and Vanuatu tracts of land that he gave the destination of a kind of natural park. the family still lives in the same house where he lived with his parents already.
